"INTRAC Finance" – a product offered by "INTRAC Latvija" SIA. It is an opportunity offered to the potential and current clients of the company to process leasing for the marketed machinery on competitive terms without requirement to visit the leasing company in person.

Documents required for the processing of INTRAC Finance leasing for a legal entity:

1) Leasing application form filled out by a lessee;
2) Copy of the lessee’s registration certificate; 
3) Copy of the lessee’s articles of association (amendments to the articles of association); 4) Copy of the lessee’s VAT payer’s certificate; 
5) The lessee’s financial statement (balance sheet, profit and loss statement) for the actually elapsed period of time of the respective year;
6)  The lessee’s annual report for the previous year (audited);
7) Resolution, report, excerpt from the Register of Enterprises on the lessee’s effective signatory powers;
8) Other documents, e.g., long-term collaboration agreements (copies), if available – documents confirming the lessee’s paying capability.
